We had a new unit installed on 4/24/2019 by JR and his crew and all went smoothly despite it was raining that day. Two months later (6/25/19), I am very happy with my unit and service we received. I would like to say Advanced Thermal Concepts was one of the top most dependable and good for their word contractors I hired; always here when suppose to be; very professional group of guys; was very thorough in giving me my estimate took a great deal of time to put my specs on a computer to optimize my efficiency with the unit selected and my electric in gas bill have been soooooo cheap!!! I used Advanced Thermal for both my HVAC and my insulation!!! Can’t say enough good things about these guys. I highly recommend them!!!! Great job guys and thank you sooo much I will see you back next year for my basement HVAC for sure!!!
