Eric Crane
Eric is a West Kentucky native, Heath High School graduate, and Murray State University alum with nearly 30 years of industry experience. He founded Advanced Thermal Concepts in 2003 and expanded the company into HVAC services in 2017. A proud father of two boys, Cohen and Carson, Eric is also a dedicated family man who enjoys golfing in his free time. His commitment to quality, service, and community has helped make ATC a trusted name in home comfort across Western Kentucky.

J.R. Rundles
J.R. Rundles brings nearly 30 years of HVAC industry experience to Advanced Thermal Concepts. He is a certified Master HVAC technician and expert Wrightsoft designer who has been a key part of ATC since 2017. A lifelong Marshall County resident, J.R. is known for his strong work ethic, precision, and commitment to doing every project the right way. He is also a dedicated father of five.
Office Manager
Melody Stoll
Melody is the Office Manager at Advanced Thermal Concepts, helping keep daily operations organized and running smoothly. With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, she brings strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills to the team. A Western Kentucky native, Melody also has a deep love for the outdoors. After spending several years in New Hampshire, she now enjoys hiking, kayaking, and chasing waterfalls across Kentucky and Tennessee.

Kelsey Evans
Before transitioning into this field, I worked in healthcare, where I developed strong communication skills and a deep sense of responsibility for helping others. Ready for a new challenge, I made a career shift that has allowed me to grow in new ways while continuing to support people in a different capacity. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and being a proud mom to four fantastic kiddos.
