August 2003 Advanced Thermal Concepts, LLC was formed. Eric Crane a graduate from Murray State
University, noticed that there was a lack of awareness about energy efficient construction in the west Tennessee
area, so he teamed up with local business man Matthew Jacobi formally owner Jacobi Company. Together they
have been helping people ever since one job at a time. Advanced Thermal Concepts started out by offering
customers advanced insulation applications for new homes and buildings. However, many doors have opened
since the start of the company and we have added a Weatherization Division, and now have added the General
Contracting Division to the business scope.
